Job Summary

The Solutions Consultant is a key member of our growing Salesforce PDO (Product Development Outsourcer) practice and is a trusted advisor to our clients looking to build successful applications for the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem. 

 

This is a hands-on role that helps our customers, Salesforce ISV partners, through product ideation, solution design, roadmap planning, and delivery execution. In addition to working with our customers, technical architects, and project managers, you will also closely collaborate with the Salesforce ISV team to ensure alignment.

 Location: Remote US (East Coast)

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collaborate with the Solution Architect on application design
  • Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions during initial phases of ISV projects 
  • Advise customers on ISV architecture, best practices, adoption of Salesforce technologies, and using Salesforce’s AppExchange for distribution
  • Form solutions to solve customer challenges and execute on their vision
  • Document user personas, business process flows, user flows, solution epics
  • Work with the Technical Architect to document and deliver a Solution Design document that outlines the functional and technical design and architecture for the application
  • Participate in application review sessions with the customer for ongoing alignment with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices (in-market phase)
  • Communicate business requirements and technical dependencies to internal teams.
  • Complete design within the allotted time frame and budget
  • Remain current on Salesforce capabilities and features

  • Demonstrated Salesforce ISV and/or PDO experience

Job Summary

 

You will be responsible for defining and executing on Marketing initiatives for Aquiva Labs.

This role is critical in expanding awareness of the Aquiva Labs, and the work we do to support partners and customers in the Salesforce Ecosystem.

By collaborating with internal and external audiences (including the Salesforce.com Marketing team) you will execute marketing programs that are engaging and relevant to AppExchange ISV Partners, and that help expand demand and pipeline of interesting products to build.

You will also have a huge impact on the long-term success of our growth plans by defining how we present Aquiva Labs to people looking for their next challenge.

Responsibilities and Required Expertise

  • Marketing Automation: You will make use of tools like Marketo and Marketing Cloud to define, execute, and measure Marketing Campaigns that track against KPIs that matter to the business.

 

  • Digital Marketing: You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to conceive campaigns and digital assets that drive engagement. You are never satisfied with the status quo, and always look for ways to improve on how an audience engages with our digital assets - be that the Website, Social Media, or virtual events. You will own the content for design and execution for all of our Digital Properties.

  • Customer-Centric Marketing: You will approach things from the perspective of our customers, and take the time to learn their success stories and document them in a way that engages similar companies. You will be responsible for showcasing the success of as many of our customers as possible, in a way that represents our brand uniquely.

 

  • Event Marketing: Whether in-person or online, you will design and execute our presence at any events, create an experience that makes attendees remember us, and want to engage before, during, and after the event.



 

Experience

Required

  • BA/BS from an accredited university
  • 5+ Years of B2B Marketing experience
  • 5+ Years of Social Media Marketing experience
  • Excited and passionate about the Salesforce ecosystem (Ohana spirit!)
  • Ability to explain complex topics to a wide range of audiences with empathy, clarity and brevity
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
